Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada, excluding the province of Quebec. We cannot ship orders to Quebec due to provincial regulations. All shipping calculations are accurate at check-out and are based on both box dimensions and weight.
Delivery Times
Our packing team works very hard and we are very proud to say that ship all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We will reach out via email if there are any unexpected challenges with your order.
We cannot guarantee the shipping times listed by Canada Post. However, on average Canada Post Expedited orders arrive within 2-6 days within Canada.
Tracking
Our shipping team will send you an email with your tracking number once your order is prepared and ready to be picked up by Canada Post. Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to show the correct location details of your parcel.

How does my package look?
Smoke Society understands and respects your privacy. All orders will be shipped in a brown shipping box. There are no references to cannabis or smoking accessories on your package. Nobody will know what is inside of your parcel.
How is my order packed?
Our packing team has over 30 years of experience packing fragile items such as glass. We make sure that your order arrives safely, our packing and shipping teams follow strict procedures that involve the strategic use of bubble wrap, shipping peanuts and tape.
What if there is an item missing in my order?
It happens very rarely, but if there is an item missing from your order, please email us shipping@smokesociety.ca and we will make it right.
What if there is a damaged item in my order?
If any item in your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
***Please do not throw away the box, or any of the contents used to pack the order. We ask this as we may recall the order by emailing you a Canada Post label to ship the damaged items back to us.***
Use the following email format:
Subject: Damaged item (your order number)
Please take 4 pictures of the shipping box from different angles we can see any damage, take 4 photos of each damaged item from different angles we can clearly see the damage and make sure that you also send a picture of your packing slip.

Send the email from the same email address that was used to place your order. Attach all of the pictures, your tracking number and all relevant information.
Once we receive your email, we will review all information and evaluate the claim.
We will reach out to you by email within 1-2 business days once the claim has been resolved and reached a decision.
If the damaged items are in stock, we will mail out a replacement order within 2-3 business days. However, if damaged items are currently out of stock we will issue a store credit that can be used on any product.
